摘要：
风电场区域范围内的风能资源藴藏状况,是开发风力发电项目最基础的组成因素,能否客观的掌握其风能资源状况是项目成功和避免投资风险的关键所在。
Abstract：The situation of the wind resource reserve within the region of wind power plant,is the key basic factor of the development of wind power plant projects.The ability to master the wind resource objectively is important to the success of the project and to avoid the investment risks.
